The Sims: Romantisim
When we found out The Sims was launching a fairycore expansion pack called Enchanted by Nature, there was only one rational thing to do: make a slightly smutty romantasy novel featuring characters from the game.
So we wrote a Foraging For Desire, a romantasy novel narrated by Mother Nature and published on Wattpad. The plot twist? We cut the story off right before the ending and challenged players to finish our naughty narrative in the game itself, then share their version using #SimYourFantasy.
The winning ending, chosen by top BookTok creators, was transformed into a richly crafted 240 page collector’s edition filled with tactile materials, hidden Easter eggs, and obsessive design detail.
The playful campaign turned fandom into authorship, and a simple game launch into a world Simmers could experience and share like never before.
